the fan itself works OK, but the fan and charging cord were damaged. the USB cable was broken off in the charge port and you have to plug it in just right and not touch it to get the fan to charge. I sent an email to customer service that the fan arrived damaged and got a reply "thanks for letting us know".
You'd think they would at least offer to replace it
