Thank you for shopping with Orvix! We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 10–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, your delivery address, and the shipping method selected. The exact rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking details and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
